Early Bird: 100 EUR (until 14 June)

Regular fee: 200 EUR (from 15 June onwards)

Undergraduate students: free of charge (lunches and coffees not included)*

Dinner on 30 August: 70 EUR

The participation fees include the conference programme and materials as well as scheduled lunches and coffee breaks. Undergraduate students can participate the conference free of charge (lunches and coffees are not included). Post-graduate students, who are employed or otherwise funded, will pay the conference fee with above-mentioned conditions. Post-graduate students without research funding may contact the conference secretaries for further information. The dinner on 30 August at restaurant Finlayson Palace costs 70 EUR and it is to be paid when registering for the conference.  The dinner includes a three-course meal, welcome toast and two glasses of wine, as well as coffee and cognac for the dessert.

The participants also have the opportunity to join a social evening on Saturday 31 August at the Masonic Temple of Tampere (Pirkan Kilta, address Näsilinnankatu 27 G). Registration for the evening event is done with this form. The cost of attending the social evening is approx. 30-35 EUR including a two course meal. Payment is made on site with cash or card.

Payment:

The fee(s) is paid when registering for the event, except for the costs of the social evening. The payment is made with a credit card (no additional charges). Participants from Finnish organisations can also choose invoicing (invoicing fee of 20 EUR will be added) or online banking as their payment method. Groups that have chosen invoicing as their payment method will receive a collective invoice (only one invoicing fee charged). The system sends the invoice automatically after the registration has been completed.

Please make sure that the invoicing details are accurate. If the participant has provided inadequate or faulty invoicing details when registering for the event, a supplementary fee of 20 EUR (vat 0 %) will be charged in addition to the previous invoicing fee for issuing a new invoice.

Cancellation policy:

For cancellations received by 16 August 2019, the paid fees will be fully refunded, except for the possible invoicing fee. No refund will be issued for cancellations made after this date. No refunds will be made for no-shows. The refund will be made by bank transfer and possible bank charges will be for the registrants account. Participation that has already been registered can be transferred to another person from the same organisation without any extra charge. Cancellations and requests for refunds and registration transfers must always be made by email to congress@tuni.fi.
