Please use this form to register yourself or a group to attend the FERA Conference on Education 2018. Please note that the members of a group registration can change their information through the “Edit your information” link in their personal confirmation email.

Participation fees:
The participation fee (VAT 0 %) includes the programme, scheduled coffee breaks and lunches as well as the evening event on Thursday 15 November at the University of Tampere.

Prices until 22 October:

Early Bird/FERA members 160 €
Early Bird/Non-members 190 €
Early Bird/Basic degree students 80 € *

Prices from 23 October onwards:

FERA members 210 €
Non-members 250 €
Basic degree students 100 € *

* Applies to full time basic degree students only. Please be prepared to show your student card at the conference registration desk.

Payment methods:
The participation fee is paid when registering for the event. The payment is made with a credit card or by PayPal (no additional charges). Finnish participants can also choose invoicing (invoicing fee of 20 EUR will be added) or online banking as their payment method. If you choose payment with an invoice, please make sure that the invoicing details are accurate. If the participant has provided inadequate or faulty invoicing details when registering for the event, a supplementary 20 EUR (VAT 0 %) will be charged in addition to the previous invoicing fee for issuing a new invoice.

Cancellation policy:
For cancellations received by 2 November 2018, the paid registration fees will be refunded, except for the possible invoicing fee. No refund will be issued for cancellations made after this date. No refunds will be made for no-shows. The already registered participation can be transferred to another person from the same organisation without any extra charge. All requests for cancellations, refunds and registration transfers must always be made by e-mail to utaconferences@uta.fi.
